At GorillaSeal, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every GorillaSeal cover is backed by a 7- Day Replacement Policy against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

 

If you receive:

A damaged product

The wrong size

A product damaged during transit

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Documentation Required

 

To process a replacement request, please provide:

 

Photographs clearly showing the issue

A short unboxing video recorded while opening the package

Proof of purchase

A brief description of the issue

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of claims related to transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products received.

Size Selection & Fitment

GorillaSeal covers are available in multiple size categories to fit a wide range of vehicles. Customers are requested to verify vehicle compatibility before placing an order. If you are unsure about the correct size for your vehicle, please contact our support team before purchasing.

Orders placed with an incorrect size selected by the customer are not eligible for free replacement, return, or exchange.

If GorillaSeal ships a size different from the one ordered, the product will be eligible for replacement under our 7-Day Replacement Policy.

 

What's Covered Under Warranty

Manufacturing defects

Material defects

Wrong size delivered by GorillaSeal

Damage during transit (reported within 7 days of delivery)

 

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Accidents

Improper installation or use

Negligence or misuse

Contact with sharp objects

Modifications or alterations made after purchase

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by extreme weather conditions

Damage caused by animals, rodents, or pests

 

Proper Use Guidelines

To maximize the life of your GorillaSeal cover:

Ensure the vehicle surface is clean before installation

Periodically inspect the cover for wear or damage

Remove accumulated water, leaves, or debris when necessary

Store the cover in a dry place when not in use

 

Limitation of Liability

GorillaSeal is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle or property on which the cover is used.

While GorillaSeal is designed to help reduce access for rodents, snakes, and other pests, no cover can guarantee complete prevention in every situation. Therefore, damage caused by rodents, pests, or animals is not covered under this warranty.
